Anger Management Programs Australia

Anger Management Programs Australia provides practical, confidential support for individuals who want to understand and manage angry reactions. If someone you care about has encouraged you to seek help, it may be time to listen. Anger is a normal emotion, but when it becomes difficult to control, it can damage relationships, affect family life, create workplace problems and reduce your quality of life.

Our affordable, individual anger management programs are available Australia-wide by phone and online, allowing you to participate from the comfort and privacy of your home, office, car, shed or wherever you are most comfortable. There are no lengthy waiting periods, travel costs or disruptions to your daily schedule.

The program focuses on recognising triggers, improving communication, developing emotional control and learning practical strategies for responding differently. Taking action now can help you rebuild trust, strengthen relationships and create lasting positive change for yourself and the people around you.

Parenting After Separation Program

Our Parenting After Separation Program provides practical, individual support for parents navigating the challenges of separation and co-parenting. Delivered one-on-one by an experienced Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner accredited with the Australian Attorney-General’s Department, the program is tailored to your family’s circumstances and your children’s ages and needs.

The program helps parents understand how separation, conflict and changing family arrangements can affect children’s emotional wellbeing, behaviour and development. Topics include children’s needs from infancy through adolescence, managing parental stress, strengthening parent-child relationships, communicating safely and respectfully, and choosing appropriate co-parenting or parallel parenting strategies.

Available Australia-wide by phone or video, the Parenting After Separation Program offers a private and convenient way to build practical parenting skills and reduce the impact of conflict on children. Parents can develop more child-focused responses, improve family stability and support their children to feel safe, secure and loved throughout separation and beyond, during a difficult period of family change.

Domestic Violence DV Awareness Program

Our Domestic Violence Awareness Program provides private, individual support for people seeking to better understand domestic and family violence, abusive behaviours and their impact on others. The program explores how violence, intimidation, coercive control, anger and harmful communication can affect partners, children, families, workplaces and wider relationships. Participants are encouraged to recognise concerning behaviour, take responsibility for their choices and develop safer, more respectful ways of responding to conflict. Available Australia-wide by phone or video, the program offers a convenient and confidential learning environment. It may be completed independently or alongside our Anger Management Program for additional practical support.
